My stay at the Royal Charm Hotel was a mixed experience. The location in an interesting neighborhood with plenty of restaurants was definitely a highlight, but I found the breakfast offerings disappointing and not as advertised. The room, while having a lovely sea view, appeared worn and tired, which was unexpected.
